Degree Requirements
In order to earn the Master of Science in Insurance Management, students are required to complete a total of eight courses (32 credits) split between six core courses (24 credits) and two specialization courses (8 credits).
A total of eight courses (32 credits) are required as follows:

MET AD 632 Financial Concepts
MET AD 642 Project Management
MET AD 648 Introduction to Electronic Commerce, Systems, and Web Design
MET AD 655 International Business, Economics, and Cultures
MET AD 715 Quantitative and Qualitative Decision-Making
MET AD 741 The Innovation Process: Developing New Products and Services
Specialization Courses (2 courses, 8 credits)
Two Administrative Sciences graduate-level courses, chosen with the advice of the Administrative Sciences Department coordinator.
Note: Four specialization courses are waived in lieu of the CPCU® designation.
